Molly's Gluten Free Bakery

Current Owners
In 2023, Heather and Jason Smith purchased Molly's Gluten-Free Bakery as a way to continue the already established Bakery’s mission of producing delicious, gluten-free products for their customers.
Heather turned to her passion for baking and in September of 2023, Heather and Jason purchased the bakery. The retail shop was reopened that same month in order to promote easier access to gluten-free products directly to customers. Since the purchase of the bakery by the Smith family, additional items like key lime pie and Danish Kringle have been added to the already-extensive gluten-free menu.

Looking to the Future
In the future, the Smith family looks to expand the number of wholesale customers and grocery stores it supplies to, while simultaneously maintaining the retail store. Access to gluten-free food is of utmost importance to the new owners, and expansion and growth in distribution of Molly’s Gluten-Free Bakery’s products are one of their top priorities.
