Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

I am a mom of three girls: Summer, Annaleigh and Karleigh.

Q: Please tell us about your life and what you do (whether working in our community, a business owner, volunteer, etc.). How did you choose that path?

I am the Executive Director for the Delafield Chamber of Commerce. I love working and serving this community and the greater Lake Country area.

Q: What do you love most about what you do?

Events! I absolutely love putting on community events. I love the process through completion. Walking around the finished product and seeing people smile and laughing is great. It’s nice to see people connecting in their community.

Q: What was the most difficult challenge in getting to where you are now or in your life?

Leaving my family. When I was young, I couldn’t wait to get to the big city and start my life. As I get older, being away from family and support has it’s challenges.

Q: What is the most rewarding part?

Being able to serve. My job allows me to serve in a large capacity. I love to create events and working enviornments that brings people together.

Q: What are some of your future goals? Do you have anything exciting coming up that you would like to share?

I would like to start my own business. Entrepreneurship is my passion. I don’t know what that looks like exactly yet, but I’m always up for a challenge.

Q: What advice would you give to someone interested in doing something similar to what you have done/are doing?

Serve your passion. Find what inspires you to inspire others. Find a job or career that you are excited to go to everyday and run with it.
