Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I’m very family-oriented. My family has always been my biggest support system and motivates me to keep growing personally and professionally. That sense of care and connection definitely shows up in how I run Coco Bella and interact with my clients.
Q: Please tell us about your life and what you do (whether working in our community, a business owner, volunteer, etc.). How did you choose that path?
I’m a licensed esthetician and proud owner of Coco Bella Salon and Spa in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. I help my clients achieve healthy, glowing skin while also giving them a place to unwind and feel beautiful inside and out. I chose this path because I’ve always had a passion for skincare and helping others feel confident. Over time, that passion grew into a purpose — creating a welcoming spa environment where self-care isn’t just a luxury, but something everyone deserves. Owning Coco Bella has been one of the most rewarding experiences, and I love being part of a community that values wellness and beauty.
Q: What do you love most about what you do?
I love that my work allows me to connect with people in such a meaningful way. At Coco Bella, I get to help others feel beautiful, educate them on skincare, and create experiences that bring the community together — whether it’s through facials, events, or simple moments of self-care. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know I’m helping people look and feel their best.
Q: What was the most difficult challenge in getting to where you are now or in your life?
My biggest challenge has been learning to balance everything — running a business, growing my clientele, and still making time for myself. It wasn’t always easy, but it taught me resilience and patience. I realized that growth takes time, and as long as I stay consistent and passionate, everything else falls into place. Those lessons have shaped not only my business but who I am as a person.
Q: What is the most rewarding part?
The most rewarding part for me is being able to make a difference in how people feel about themselves. Whether it’s helping someone overcome a skincare challenge or giving them a moment of peace in their busy lives, those small transformations mean so much. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that the work I do at Coco Bella helps others feel confident and cared for.
Q: What are some of your future goals? Do you have anything exciting coming up that you would like to share?
My future goals are to continue building Coco Bella into a brand that inspires self-care, confidence, and beauty. I plan to expand my services, introduce new spa events, and eventually grow into a larger space where I can host more community-based experiences. I’m also working on new ways to connect with clients outside the spa, through events and possibly a skincare subscription line.
Q: What advice would you give to someone interested in doing something similar to what you have done/are doing?
My advice would be to believe in yourself and start — even if it’s small. When I opened Coco Bella, I didn’t have everything figured out, but I had passion, purpose, and faith in my vision. Stay consistent, stay patient, and never stop learning. The beauty industry is always evolving, but if you lead with care and authenticity, your clients will always feel that. Most importantly, remember why you started — that’s what will keep you going on the hard days.

Q: What is your favorite thing about our community, favorite thing to do, or something unique about our community that you love? (Feel free to share as much as you’d like!)
One of my favorite things about our community is how much everyone truly supports local businesses. The encouragement, word-of-mouth referrals, and loyal clients mean so much. It’s inspiring to see people choose to invest in their community — whether that’s booking services, attending events, or just spreading positivity. Pewaukee has such a genuine, welcoming spirit, and I’m so proud that Coco Bella gets to be a small part of that.
Q: Who is an interesting person you’ve met here in our community, and how have they inspired you?
One of the most inspiring people I’ve met in our community is another local small business owner who shared her journey of starting from scratch and growing her business through hard work and consistency. Hearing her story reminded me that we all start somewhere — and that with passion and perseverance, you can truly build something special. It inspired me to keep pushing forward with Coco Bella, even during the hard days, and to continue uplifting others along the way.
Q: Do you have a favorite coffee shop, cocktail shop, or restaurant?
My favorite local spot is Coffeeville. I love stopping by for a cup of coffee to start my day or to catch up with friends. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it really feels like a hub for our community. Supporting local businesses like Coffeeville is important to me, and it’s one of the things I appreciate most about living and working in Pewaukee.

Q: What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
Something interesting most people don’t know about me is that I absolutely love traveling and exploring new cultures. Experiencing different places and beauty traditions has inspired a lot of the treatments and events I offer at Coco Bella. I love bringing a little piece of those experiences back to my clients — whether it’s through unique skincare techniques, fun spa events, or creating a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere that feels like a mini getaway.
Q: Who inspires you to be better?
My kids inspire me to be better every day. They remind me what’s truly important — showing up with patience, kindness, and creativity. I want to set an example for them of following your passions, working hard, and caring for others. Their curiosity, energy, and joy motivate me to grow personally and professionally, and to make Coco Bella a space that spreads positivity and confidence.
Q: If you were a drink (can be a coffee drink, alcoholic, non-alcoholic, etc.), what would you be?
If I were a drink, I’d be an iced caramel latte — smooth, balanced, and a little sweet! It’s comforting but has a boost of energy, just like how I approach my work at Coco Bella — calm, uplifting, and focused on helping others feel refreshed and confident.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
Something on my bucket list is to travel to a warm, tropical destination like Hawaii or the Maldives. I’d love to relax on the beach, soak up the sun, and explore the local culture and wellness experiences. Travel inspires me personally and professionally.
Q: What makes you the happiest?
What makes me the happiest is making others feel confident and cared for — whether that’s my clients after a facial or my kids when we’re spending quality time together. Seeing their smiles and knowing I’ve helped brighten someone’s day truly fills me with joy.
Q: Any general life advice you would like to share?
My advice would be to follow your passion and trust the journey, even when it feels uncertain. Life is full of challenges, but staying consistent, embracing growth, and surrounding yourself with supportive people will help you reach your goals. Most importantly, make time to care for yourself along the way — when you nurture yourself, you have more to give to others.
