From building a thriving business in Lake Country to organizing community programs that touch lives, Morgan Ferrari’s journey is full of heart, hard work, and hometown pride. She’s a business owner, a volunteer, and a proud KM cheerleader at heart—proving that you really can plant roots, grow dreams, and give back all at once. Curious how her love for landscaping blossomed into a full-fledged passion? Or how she’s making a difference one small act of kindness at a time? You’ll want to read more about Morgan’s inspiring story below!
Having grown up in Lake Country, Morgan Ferrari loves living here. As a 1997 graduate of Kettle Moraine High School, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Service Management-For Profit from UW-Stout. After working briefly at Truman State University in Residence Life, she returned to Lake Country. Following a decade as a manager at AT&T’s repair center, we founded All Seasons Facility Maintenance, offering landscaping and snow maintenance services to the community. Within the past two years, we’ve added additional services of parking lot sweeping and portering. I’m an animal lover, with several “foster failures” living in North Prairie. I love going to KM football games and am a cheerleader at heart.
About Morgan Ferrari
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My son is a junior at Kettle Moraine. He is a hard working individual who started working summers landscaping for us when he was 14.
Q: Please tell us about your life and what you do (whether working in our community, a business owner, volunteer, etc.). How did you choose that path?
We started All Seasons from the ground up. I never expected it, but learning about plants, flowers, and trees has become a passion. In the summer months you can find me at Thomas’ Greenhouse and Gardens at least once a week. Getting out of Corporate America has provided me the opportunity to give back to the community. During COVID, I organized a program called “adopt a senior” where we delivered Friday fish fries to local seniors to enjoy without exposure to others. For the past 7 years, I’ve been able to volunteer at Magee Elementary each March to help prepare meals for the 4th grade students at Poynette for 3 days.
Q: What do you love most about what you do?
Organized chaos! Snow storms are always my favorite. I started broadcasting on TikTok under the tag #FerrariForecast to update local friends and family how road conditions are in the early morning since my team is out and about.
Q: What was the most difficult challenge in getting to where you are now or in your life?
In a male dominated industry, figuring out how to overcome some stereotypes.
Q: What is the most rewarding part?
Repeat customers!
Q: What are some of your future goals? Do you have anything exciting coming up that you would like to share?
We install paver patios, retaining walls, plantings, trees, mulch, etc. We have another division that provides parking lot sweeping and portering, excited to see that grow and expand.
Morgan Ferrari & Our Community
Q: What is your favorite thing about our community, favorite thing to do, or something unique about our community that you love? (Feel free to share as much as you’d like!)
I enjoy the local fairs, Maxwell Street Days, festivals, live music, and running into so many smiling faces. We donated a bench in memory of my youngest son at the Delafield Skate Park, I enjoy sitting there when I need some time to reflect.
Q: Who is an interesting person you’ve met here in our community, and how have they inspired you?
John and Julie Platz, they own and operate Rickety Robin Antiques. They have such a love for what they do. Their commitment and personal touch for their customers reminds me that customer service really makes the difference. Also, Wendy Steele-Haerterich with Little Dumplings. Her attention to detail, her families, kids, staff, inspires me to remember the little things do make a difference. Seeing excellent customer service is always inspiring and a reminder of what a difference that can make.
Q: Do you have a favorite coffee shop, cocktail shop, or restaurant?
Beer Snobs has a fantastic atmosphere and fish fry!
Q: What 3 words would you use to describe our community?
Giving, evolving, and caring.
For Fun
Q: What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I was a camp counselor at Camp Whitcomb Mason.
Q: What is your favorite book, TV show, movie, poem, or song? Why?
Funky Town is my karaoke song. It reminds me of a friend in college that would sing it to us randomly in a red clown wig and a curling iron microphone. It always makes me smile.
Q: Who inspires you to be better?
My parents.
Q: If you were a drink (can be a coffee drink, alcoholic, non-alcoholic, etc.), what would you be?
Diet Coke – reliable and energetic.
Q: If you could have lunch with anyone, who would it be with? Why?
Betty White, she seemed like such a neat person with a very full life. Her outlook on life was inspiring.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
To attend a Savanna Bananas Baseball game.
Q: What makes you the happiest?
Vacations.
Q: Any general life advice you would like to share?
When at your lowest of lows, asking for help isn’t a weakness. It takes a strong person to identify that you can’t do everything on your own.

Nice To Meet You:
I believe in positively impacting my clients and the community I live in, which is why I jumped at the chance to be an ambassador with “The Faces of Lake Country”. It’s a perfect blend of why I enjoy being a Realtor with Shorewest, Realtors, and everything I love about living in Lake Country.
I truly enjoy being a part of this community and helping others along the way. Prior to real estate, I was an Office Supervisor for the City of Waukesha Park & Recreation Department. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with many business owners and serve the general public. It was there that I realized that it really does take a village to make a community great and each and every one of us plays an important role.
