Chloe Emme

Over the past decade, Chloe Emme has had the privilege of collaborating with numerous small businesses, assisting them in not only launching but also nurturing their ventures. Following her move to Lake Country from Colorado, driven by a desire to be closer to family, she established her own business, Agency 722. Their mission is to offer a comprehensive array of business services including branding, consulting, marketing, social media management, and operational support.

Their dedicated team excels in every facet of creating new businesses, and they’re committed to nurturing growth and fostering success among small businesses throughout Wisconsin. Chloe has had the chance to work with organizations of varying scales, including John Deere, The North Face, Reddit, and even the opportunity to design for the 2021 Fiverr Super Bowl commercial.

Her primary focus revolves around empowering small businesses to flourish and equipping business owners with the knowledge and skills to navigate the intricacies of every aspect of their business. She believes in instilling a sense of ownership in every part of the business process.

Outside of work, her life revolves around quality time with her two children and husband. They enjoy life in Lake Country, and embrace the abundance of hiking trails, scenic beaches, and charming small-town shops the area has to offer.

About Chloe Emme

Q: What do you love most about what you do?

Working closely with small businesses is where my true passion lies. I wholeheartedly believe that small businesses are the backbone of our community. They should have access to the finest resources and services available. There’s nothing more fulfilling than collaborating with clients who are deeply committed to their businesses. I find immense joy in working with individuals who are genuinely passionate about their work.

Q: What was the most difficult challenge in getting to where you are now or in your life?

Growing up, the idea of owning my own business was never presented to me. Instead, I was primarily encouraged to pursue higher education, whether through college or trade school—both commendable pathways that typically lead to working for others. However, while working alongside dedicated small business owners, I unearthed my passion and skill for business. These experiences helped me realize my potential for self-employment. They also instilled in me the desire to empower others who embark on a similar entrepreneurial journey.

Q: What is the most rewarding part?

Witnessing our clients thrive as a result of our collaborative efforts is an incredibly rewarding experience. It manifests as a boost in sales or the acquisition of a new account. Or it’s the acquisition of a new skill, It brings me profound satisfaction to witness individuals I deeply care about excel and continuously strive to unleash their full potential.

Q: What are some of your future goals? Do you have anything exciting coming up that you would like to share?

I am extremely excited about 2024. We are launching a new course and services based on how to hire more effectively. Hiring is such a fundamental skill and is often overlooked. I am working with my business partner, Cody Alimondi, to launch Creative Hiring in the next few months.

Q: What advice would you give to someone interested in doing something similar to what you have done/are doing?

Just do it! It doesn’t matter if you aren’t great at first, but start now. You will learn along the way and take that knowledge with you as you grow.
